Vision

abc sprachen is well recognized as a language school for individual, subject-specific and needs-oriented instruction. Our satisfied clientele has motivated us to grow further and to open more locations in Switzerland.

Mission

We are flexible and teach at the school's own premises, on-site at the client's company, at the client's home or on the road (immersion). Individual and flexible teaching is our standard. Therefore, our small group courses consist of a maximum of six participants.

Quality

We offer room for feedback for our development. We regularly gather feedback from our clients in order to continuously improve. At team meetings, teachers can contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement. Annual job shadowing is carried out in the form of collegial coaching, which allows us to monitor and further develop the quality of our courses.

Employees

Fair and equal pay for our employees and active support for their continuing education are a matter of course for us. Clear communication is the basis of functioning cooperation. Therefore, we hold a team meeting every 3 months to promote information exchange among the teaching staff. Furthermore, there is comprehensive transparency in our school regarding new goals and activities. In this way, our teachers can actively participate in the development of the language school.
